My work takes place at the junction of art and architecture. It often consists of architectural structures which through their form and materials project images which cause an optical shift.
Sometimes I make more or less autonomous objects which arise through experiments and modelmaking. Other times I work with an actual situation altering it with small interventions through which multiple layers or dimensions seem to appear.
In my work I explore boundaries: between appearance and reality, between you and the other, between the inner - and the outer world. In most cases movement is part of the experience of the work, often in an almost ritual manner.
